Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with students is beneficial, but not essential - we are happy to train and develop the right candidate.
  • Demonstrate a compassionate and patient attitude, understanding the unique needs of students with SEN and providing tailored support to meet their individual requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals, building strong relationships and contributing to a positive and productive team dynamic.
