About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our successful kitchen team at Duck & Waffle. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items at the station, following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. You will work closely with the team to ensure efficient delivery of food within preset time standards. Additionally, you will assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, coolers, and storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare food items at the station according to specifications and time limits
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- Coordinate the delivery of food within preset time standards
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and storage areas

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef
- Experience working with a similar cuisine
- Excellent English language communication skills
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards
- Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
