Job Overview

Gazelle Global is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Service Engineer to provide top-notch service and maintenance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and report on industrial refrigeration maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Install spare parts, conduct service inspections, and execute installation tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Investigate and document issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure equipment is tested, commissioned, and documented accurately, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, identifying service sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Background with a focus on refrigeration systems.
  • Essential: City & Guilds 2079 qualification or equivalent.
  • Preferred: City & Guilds 2078 (Ammonia) qualification or equivalent.
