Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

Shire Healthcare Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our rehabilitation service in South Wales.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to work within our multidisciplinary team (MDT) who provide specialist residential step-down rehabilitation services for adult service users with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and/or acquired brain injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the MDT to provide high-quality psychological assessments and interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support service users in achieving their goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall functioning of the service
Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist with experience working in a rehabilitation setting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and other professionals.
