Position Overview

Software Systems Engineer (GPU and High-Performance Computing)

European Recruitment is seeking a skilled Software Systems Engineer to become a vital part of our team. This position offers a full-time opportunity with a flexible working arrangement.

Your responsibilities will include the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated software solutions while enhancing system-level infrastructure. This role will integrate software and systems engineering to construct and maintain extensive, highly distributed, and resilient systems.

Essential Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of operating system principles and components.
  • Expertise in C or C++ programming, along with proficiency in at least one other language (such as Python, Golang, Rust, or CUDA).
  • Strong grounding in data structures, algorithms, and multithreaded programming.
  • Experience in optimizing performance for multithreaded applications.
  • Familiarity with GPU Linux kernel drivers, NVlink, CUDA, and large language models is advantageous.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the design and execution of large-scale system software initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Understanding of networking, storage, memory management, process scheduling, or server hardware architecture.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
