About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal & Document Review Manager to join our team at EJ Legal Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and recruiting paralegals and document review lawyers across our Practice Areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and at least 6 months of experience in managing paralegals on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with partners, associates, PSLs, Litigation Support managers, trainees, and legal support teams to ensure the smooth operation of our paralegal and document review functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and recruit paralegals and document review lawyers across our Practice Areas
  • Work closely with partners, associates, and other teams to ensure effective operations
  • Undertake fee-earning work, especially at the initial sampling and planning phases and during complex review exercises
  • Identify and implement new technologies to increase efficiencies and analyze key eDiscovery metrics to present to stakeholders
