Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated Education Support Worker to join our team in Lewisham. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to young children with developmental delays and special educational needs.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a compassionate and patient individual to assist our teacher in managing the classroom and resources. Your primary responsibility will be to support the children's development, helping with sensory activities and exercises.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide individualized support to children with SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development
* Assist the teacher in planning and implementing educational programs
* Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with the teaching team to monitor and document children's progress

**Requirements:**

* Experience working with young children with special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* A clear DBS check
