About the Role
We're looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join our Vehicle Services Admin Team. As a key member of the team, you'll support different areas of the business across the UK and Ireland, working independently and collaboratively to complete daily tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities will include data entry and filing, using computer software to manage inventory, reviewing team email inboxes, and creating and completing sales invoicing. You'll also be responsible for completing transportation invoicing and handling spare keys and V5s.
Requirements
- Extremely organized and efficient
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Focused on providing excellent customer service
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
- Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and other mediums
What We Offer
