About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Caremark Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with daily tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Prompt customers with medication
  • Support customers with daily routines
  • Provide respite services
  • Engage customers in socialising and leisure activities
  • Help customers access the community

Requirements

We are looking for a caring and reliable individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be able to travel to customers' homes in Worcestershire and be comfortable working in a variety of settings.
