Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Teacher to join our team on a long-term basis. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, maintaining a positive learning environment, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, adhering to school policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Provide constructive feedback to regular teaching staff on students' progress.
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Teacher or Classroom Teacher is essential.
  • Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication abilities are necessary for success in this role.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are required to work across different schools and year groups.
  • Valid DBS clearance or willingness to undergo checks is a must.
