JOB SUMMARY:

As a key player in the development and execution of workplace and occupancy strategies, you will be responsible for maximizing space efficiency, enhancing employee performance, and aligning with the client's business goals. Your role will involve analyzing occupancy metrics, conducting spatial planning, and working closely with various teams to devise effective workspace solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical skill set, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of current workplace trends and best practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Formulate and execute strategic workplace and occupancy initiatives that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Assess occupancy data, utilization rates, and employee insights to pinpoint areas for space enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in spatial planning tasks, including space distribution, utilization assessments, and scenario modeling.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including HR, IT, and facilities management, to grasp departmental requirements and needs.
  • Propose and implement forward-thinking workplace strategies, such as flexible work arrangements, activity-based workspaces, and collaborative areas.
  • Establish and uphold space standards, guidelines, and methodologies for occupancy planning.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies pertinent to workplace design and occupancy management.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate occupancy planning strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications related to workplace design and occupancy management.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and subject matter expert.
  • Execute all responsibilities in accordance with CBRE governance and standards.
  • Develop medium to long-term workforce forecasts for regional portfolio plans, informed by insights gathered from business leaders.
  • Assist in the creation of framing documents, space budgets, and business case analyses for aligned business units.
  • Create and maintain site and regional master plans to guide strategic and capital planning decisions.
  • Align business strategic demand with medium to long-term building supply to inform the client real estate team about future accommodation needs.
  • Support the development and execution of occupancy and space utilization strategies to enhance understanding of space usage.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES:
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic occupancy planning, workspace design, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to gather, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Skilled in utilizing occupancy planning software, space management tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of workplace trends, space utilization metrics, and methodologies for occupancy planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
