FTC Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FTC Supervisor to join our team at Ted Baker London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our store and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

• Manage the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that it is always looking its best and meeting the high standards of Ted Baker.
• Support the management team in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Ensure that all store operations are running efficiently and effectively, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge, ensuring that you can provide expert advice to customers.
• Contribute to the development of the store's visual merchandising and display standards.
• Support the management team in implementing new initiatives and projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Previous sales and team management/supervisory experience in a high-end retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the store.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of the latest fashion trends.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with new initiatives and projects, ensuring that you can contribute to their implementation and delivery.
