Job Title: Mechanical Plant Operations Manager

Coyle Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Plant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the effective management of mechanical support to commissioning and handover of facilities in accordance with design and site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement site HSEQS initiatives to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day mechanical operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Security Clearance - The ability to obtain BPSS is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in mechanical plant operations management, preferably in a nuclear or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
