Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on designing and developing scalable, distributed systems using Golang and Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement backend system architecture, event-driven systems, and APIs with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with a small, Agile team to develop and maintain high-quality software.
  • Participate in tech discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Work on 2-week sprints, delivering high-impact features and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial Go/Golang development experience.
  • Experience with system design, event-driven architectures, Kafka, and API development.
  • Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including OOP, Design Patterns, and Data Structures.
  • Experience working on scalable, distributed systems.
  • Collaborative mindset with Agile team experience.
