Your Role at 121 Dental Centre
As a Dental Nursing Trainee, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care within our practice. You'll work closely with dentists and the team to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients, putting them at ease from the moment they arrive.
- Maintain accurate patient records using our practice management software.
- Prepare treatment rooms efficiently to optimize workflow and maximize utilization.
- Anticipate the needs of both dentists and patients, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are readily available.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supplies are maintained for smooth operations.
- Assist with reception duties as needed, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and processing patient payments.
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in the dental field. You should be eager to learn new skills, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.
