Job Summary:We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Money Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions, and promoting our range of international money products.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on our Travelex products and services
- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
- Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
- Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
- Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash
- IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
- Great communicator, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do
- A competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, plus a monthly bonus for hitting targets
