Bank Concierge

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a skilled Bank Concierge to join our team at Caledonia House, Thetford. As a Bank Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.

• Develop strong relationships with customers, helping them develop life skills and confidence.
• Handle emergency and challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
• Organize and run social activities to promote a sense of community and well-being.
• Conduct fire safety checks and ensure the security of the service is maintained.
• Write and update customer notes to ensure accurate records.

• Experience working with vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs, or substance misuse.
• Previous experience working in challenging circumstances.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
