About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Banking & Finance Paralegal to join our team at a renowned City law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-performing team that values strong culture, collaboration, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and collation of conditions precedent documentation, including board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and directors' certificates.
  • Producing revised drafts of finance documents using previously negotiated and agreed documents as reference.
  • Reviewing company searches and completing company search review forms.
  • Supporting the team on complex transactions with document management and process coordination.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a 2:1 LLB degree.
  • Previous experience in a Banking or Finance Paralegal role.
  • Familiarity with standard WP (Word 2010, MS Office), database and research software, and typical office IT systems.
