Job Title: NVQ Level 2 Plumber

We are seeking a skilled NVQ Level 2 Plumber to join our client's team, a leading facilities management and maintenance contractor in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive FM maintenance services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out plumbing tasks in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company while visiting customer sites.
  • Maintain customer water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines.
  • Collect and document water samples from multiple sector properties in accordance with the Water Technical Manual guidance.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is a minimum requirement for this role.
  • Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment is desirable.
  • Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
