We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Glassmoon Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Care: Use your knowledge, skills, and adherence to legislation, best practices, and our policies and procedures to deliver the highest quality care to our service users.
- Enable Personal Growth: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our service users' relationships and connections within their local community.
- Support Personalized Plans: Complete and maintain Support Plans and other necessary information that supports our service users and ensures the delivery of effective support.
- Safeguard and Promote Wellbeing: Safeguard the welfare of those in our care and actively promote and maintain their safety.
- Build Meaningful Relationships: Help our service users maintain and develop relationships with family, friends, and other people important in their life.
- Driver's License: A driver's license is preferred but not essential.
- Right to Work in the UK: You must have the right to work in the UK.
- Criminal Records Checks: You must undergo satisfactory criminal records checks.
- References: You must provide references.
- ID and Address Check: You must undergo an ID and address check.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of £12.05 to £12.83 per hour, depending on qualifications.
