Your Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to collect and document comprehensive business and technical specifications for infrastructure transitions. Evaluation: Perform thorough assessments of existing infrastructure, pinpointing deficiencies and outlining the desired future state. Documentation: Develop precise and detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process maps. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between business units, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives. Solution Development: Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to devise infrastructure solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the migration process and collaborate with the project team to formulate mitigation strategies.Your Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to infrastructure migration initiatives. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure elements (servers, storage, networking, databases, etc.) and experience with cloud migration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly advantageous. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the aptitude to comprehend complex technical environments. Communication Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Project Management Acumen: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project). Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, ITIL, or cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are beneficial. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, proactive mindset, and the capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.About Capgemini
