Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team at Parker Young Recruitment Ltd. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth with a broad B2B customer base, managing established wholesaler and end-consumer accounts, and analysing markets to identify trends for the acquisition of new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for new customer acquisition
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry
  • Strong negotiation and solution-selling skills
  • Ability to analyse complex markets and develop selling opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
