Position Overview:
The Project Planner plays a pivotal role in achieving essential goals by spearheading and applying best practices in project scheduling within their designated sector or project team.

This position necessitates close collaboration with the Business Performance Management Team and Technical Teams to develop, implement, and oversee the Primavera Integrated Plan Network while complying with the organization's Planning and Scheduling standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate ongoing progress and performance, juxtaposing it with contractual and internal benchmarks to pinpoint discrepancies and their origins.
  • Generate reports and propose actions to sustain or enhance progress.
  • Establish and uphold the comprehensive project timeline in accordance with company protocols.
  • Mentor and facilitate the enhancement of planning capabilities across the Project Team, including Engineering, Production, and Project Management teams.
  • Consolidate all Work Package plans to formulate a cohesive network that aligns with company standards.
  • Implement, manage, and preserve the Project Performance Measurement Baseline.
  • Assist Work Package teams in the monthly updates of their plans.
  • Produce, disseminate, and report project scheduling data, advising on conflicts and corrective measures.
  • Oversee the Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and apply it as necessary.
  • Supervise the Project Critical Path Analysis process in accordance with company standards.
  • Cultivate robust working relationships with engineers and the broader team to embed the organization's project control standards and deliver precise project performance data punctually.

Required Skillset/Experience:
  • High proficiency in Primavera, SAP PS, and industry-standard computing applications, particularly spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively in large, multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Project Management, etc.).
  • Interest in working within a multicultural, pan-European environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Commercial and Financial management.
  • A proactive team player who can motivate others, with strong assertiveness, negotiation, and arbitration skills.
