In this role, you will be instrumental in providing care, support, and engaging experiences for our children.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Uphold high standards of quality in the nursery environment, resources, and experiences provided to children.
  • Take on key carer duties for assigned children.
  • Ensure all children receive enriching and stimulating experiences tailored to their developmental stages.
  • Prepare and facilitate children's activities.
  • In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, maintain effective daily management of the nursery environment.
  • Contribute to ensuring that nursery practices align with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
  • Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to promote high-quality childcare practices.
