We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our hotel premises.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Inspect all areas to ensure they meet our standards and make any necessary adjustments.
- Protect equipment and report any damages or inadequacies to management.
- Customer Service
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Health and Safety
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper in a similar environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
