As a Principal Graphics Programmer, you'll be responsible for researching and developing new graphics features, collaborating with artists to bring their vision to life, and mentoring junior team members to ensure the success of the project.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in AAA console/PC title development, expertise in DirectX12, HLSL, and modern C++, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in rendering technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative graphics features and collaborate with artists to integrate them into the game.
  • Write scalable and reusable code with performance in mind.
  • Maintain, extend, and optimize existing engine or game-side features.
  • Ensure overall build performance and stability throughout all stages of development.
  • Take ownership of features and document the work accordingly.
  • Mentor junior team members to ensure the success of the project.

What We're Looking For:

  • Several years' experience developing AAA console/PC titles, through all stages of the development cycle.
  • DirectX12, HLSL, and modern C++ expertise.
  • Excellent 3D maths and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to modify and extend existing complex systems.
  • Experience with profiling and identifying CPU & GPU bottlenecks using industry-standard tools.
  • Significant and up-to-date knowledge of the GPU pipeline.

Desirable Skills:

  • Ray tracing development experience (DXR, PSR, etc).
  • Experience with proprietary engines.
  • Mesh shader pipeline experience.
  • Unreal Engine 5 knowledge.
