About the Role

Permanent People Rec2Rec is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class service to clients and candidates in the IT contract sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage a team of contract recruiters to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of clients and candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in contract recruitment, preferably in the IT sector
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and expanding client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the IT contract sector and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
