Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Young's Pubs. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the pub
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and develop the team
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
