Digital Content Creator

Join Blue Square, an award-winning retail marketing agency, and embark on a thrilling journey as a Training and Content Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering engaging digital training content that captivates audiences across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop immersive digital training experiences using interactive platforms
- Produce high-quality video content that meets client requirements
- Collaborate with the HP National Training Manager to ensure timely and effective content delivery
- Coach on-camera talent and maintain brand guidelines
- Develop and deliver training programs on HP's PC, Print, and Laptop Accessories
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for sales and support teams
- Research behavioural science trends and identify innovative digital media trends for training communication
- Measure training impact through KPIs and metrics, and use insights to inform future training content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Proven experience as a Product Trainer or similar role, preferably in the technology sector
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Confident presentation skills and ability to work with on-camera talent
- Knowledge of OBS and Vimeo for virtual training
- Competitive salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
