Job Summary:

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a dynamic role that focuses on reablement and adult social care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and reviewing complex individual needs to foster independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse range of occupational therapy cases, focusing on assessing, planning, and reviewing complex individual needs to foster independence.
  • Perform occupational therapy assessments using various tools and techniques, including activity analysis, risk assessments, and healthcare evaluations, to determine the appropriate interventions.
  • Recognise opportunities for reablement and ensure access to relevant services to support patient recovery and independence.
  • Encourage a strengths-based approach to help individuals manage their own needs, risks, and goals within their preferred living environment.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least a Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and have HCPC registration.
