Head of Legal and Compliance

At NuBreed Hotels Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as the Head of Legal and Compliance. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that's revolutionizing the event-based accommodation industry.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual who can provide strategic legal guidance and support to our business, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of compliance and risk management. As the Head of Legal and Compliance, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing our compliance strategy, ensuring we meet all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Providing expert legal advice on commercial contracts, data protection, IP matters, and dispute resolution.
  • Managing our contract management system, ensuring all contracts are properly administered and up-to-date.
  • Leading our accreditation compliance efforts, ensuring we meet and maintain all necessary standards.
  • Conducting regular audits to identify potential risks and non-compliance, proposing mitigations and ensuring implementation.
  • Creating and maintaining standard legal SOPs across the business.
  • Maintaining our online legal document repository, ensuring all contracts are properly categorized, indexed, and tagged.
