Role Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Assisting in the processing of orders from booking requests through to job confirmation and invoicing.
  • Providing administrative support and assistance across all business sections as needed.
  • Ensuring paperwork is processed accurately and promptly for timely invoicing.
  • Inputting data into CSG's internal databases and other administrative systems.
  • Supporting the finance department in maintaining sales spreadsheets and purchase order registers.
  • Liaising with operational staff and other departments to ensure accurate and swift information sharing.
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality in all tasks.
  • Performing general administrative duties.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer usage, particularly MS Office.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated individual who meets deadlines.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Formal qualifications at a minimum GCSE level.
  • Previous experience in delivering a range of administrative functions is advantageous.
  • Competence and willingness to work as part of a team in a dynamic office setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization and with external customers.
  • Experience with a CRM system is desirable, though training will be provided.
