Role Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Assisting in the processing of orders from booking requests through to job confirmation and invoicing.
- Providing administrative support and assistance across all business sections as needed.
- Ensuring paperwork is processed accurately and promptly for timely invoicing.
- Inputting data into CSG's internal databases and other administrative systems.
- Supporting the finance department in maintaining sales spreadsheets and purchase order registers.
- Liaising with operational staff and other departments to ensure accurate and swift information sharing.
- Maintaining customer confidentiality in all tasks.
- Performing general administrative duties.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer usage, particularly MS Office.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated individual who meets deadlines.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar sector is desirable but not essential.
- Formal qualifications at a minimum GCSE level.
- Previous experience in delivering a range of administrative functions is advantageous.
- Competence and willingness to work as part of a team in a dynamic office setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization and with external customers.
- Experience with a CRM system is desirable, though training will be provided.
