About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our team at JW Lees. As a Bar and Waiting Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting your teammates, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of each customer.
  • Support your teammates in all areas, helping out wherever needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our beers, including our brewing process and the characteristics of each beer.
  • Confidently recommend food and drink to customers, promoting our products and driving sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
