About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Robertson Group. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of site personnel, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with our health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring that all expenses are properly authorized and accounted for.
  • Develop and implement site management plans, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to ensure that all projects are properly coordinated and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Ensure that all site personnel are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties safely and effectively.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a proven track record of success in site management. You will have a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures, and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. You will also have a strong focus on health and safety, and be able to ensure that all site personnel are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties safely and effectively.
