Job Title: Fencer

We are seeking a skilled Fencer to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing repairs and maintenance on Social Housing properties in the Birmingham area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance work on Social Housing properties
  • Installing new fixtures and fittings
  • Working with other external trades to complete projects
Requirements:
  • NVQ or equivalent in a relevant trade
  • Experience working in Social Housing
  • Ability to work with other external trades
