We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Yard Operative with a FLT licence to join our client, a leading scaffolding company in the Wiltshire area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized yard environment.
  • Prepare materials as per daily requirements.
  • Load and unload materials on to company vehicles using a forklift.
  • Ensure the yard is maintained and clear ready for the scaffolding teams to prepare for their next job.
  • Adhere to health and safety processes.
Requirements:
  • A confident manner and positive attitude.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Physically fit to manoeuvre materials.
  • Forklift licence essential (Counterbalance FLT).
  • Ability to work alone in outdoor conditions all year round.
Pay and Shifts:
  • £12.00 per hour.
  • Monday to Friday 0730 – 1630 (Winter hours).
