About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman/Woman to join our client's team in Swansea. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and minor tasks, handling urgent repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, and providing general maintenance of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor tasks
  • Handle urgent repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
  • General maintenance of building
  • Painting of floors/walls as required
  • Changing of bulbs and switches
  • Replacing of tiles where required
  • Ad Hoc Carpentry duties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a handyman/woman or in a similar role
  • Proficiency with using hand tools, and various equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Good at resolving issues
  • Well organised
