Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the annual budget and 5-year plan, providing financial direction for the company.

- Partner with all departments across the site to identify profit improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies.
- Empower department heads to become more accountable for their financial performance.
- Continuously seek ways to streamline and optimize the Finance Department's operations.
- Deputise for the CFO, as required, for Kronospan UK matters.
- Prepare and review financial presentations to support company investment plans.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with significant post-qualification experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of tax codes and laws, financial reporting experience, and strong systems knowledge.
- Strong communication skills as dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Planning and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team.
