Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for fabricating, fitting, and assembling electrical and pneumatic components of various mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and understand product schematics and assembly instructions to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
  • Participate in planning, product, and development meetings to contribute to the design and development of new products.
  • Ensure that all required parts for assembly are present and available.
  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs as requested, and maintain high-quality standards through constant monitoring and inspection.
  • Ensure that quality control standards are met and work to the installation schedule.
  • Test products for functionality and troubleshoot and stress test products to minimize problems or recalls.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
  • Understanding of electrical components, including power distribution, motor control, and instrumentation.
  • Ability to read and understand product schematics, assembly instructions, and electrical drawings.
