Northreach is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering innovative therapies for patients worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient supply of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring that all materials and products meet the required quality standards.
  • Warehouse Management: Manage the warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and shipping, to ensure that all materials and products are stored and dispatched efficiently.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of materials and products.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all materials and products meet the required quality standards, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of warehouse and logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve supply chain and warehouse processes to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and warehouse management, preferably in a biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in supply chain management software.
