We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team in Manchester. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and effective training programs to support the growth and development of our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to Graduate SDRs
  • Assess the needs of incoming SDRs with varying experience and develop training programs that meet those needs
  • Deliver training programs in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
  • Work with sales managers to identify and develop sales training opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field is essential
  • Significant experience in sales training
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
