CBW Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a qualified Electrical Services Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a renowned venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine checks in the plant room and ensuring the efficient operation of the electrical systems while also supporting the mechanical services maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Emergency Lighting tests
  • Performing Fault Finding and Wiring tasks
  • Managing Power Distribution systems
  • Installing and maintaining Sockets and Circuits
  • Overseeing UPS operations
  • Executing Switching for HV/LV systems
  • Maintaining Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units
  • Inspecting Pumps, Motors, Belts, and Fans
  • Conducting Boiler checks
  • Performing Generator tests
Working Schedule:
  • 4 on, 4 off rotation (2 early shifts, 2 late shifts)
  • Early shifts: 07:00-17:30
  • Late shifts: 16:00-02:00
  • Cab home provided for late shifts (within designated area)

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial building services
  • Electrically qualified
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent certification
  • Experience in Testing & Inspection
  • 18th Edition certification preferred
  • Apprentice trained candidates are desired but not essential
  • Able to commit to the advertised working hours
  • Experience in both landlord and tenant areas of commercial premises is advantageous.
