We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Morgan Hunt UK Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all maintenance works, ensuring that our aircraft are airworthy and compliant with regulatory requirements.
The role will involve:
- Undertaking surveys and preparing stock condition information and development reports against required criteria.
- Preparing budget information and managing reinstatement works to void properties.
- Managing complex repairs and repair works allocated by the reactive repairs team.
- Managing insurance reinstatement works and coordinating with in-house teams, insurance, and loss adjusters.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A relevant qualification in a construction or maintenance discipline.
- Experience in a similar role and of managing maintenance works.
- Experience of delivering and planning different maintenance projects to a variety of aircraft, in time and on budget.
