Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at FatFace. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Management
- Support the Store Manager in commercially managing the store to maximize profitability through the retail plan.
- Drive sales and manage costs to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Experience
- Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to exceed customer expectations.
- Train, coach, and develop the team to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the store.
- Team Development
- Proactively analyze financial data and use commercial creativity to maximize sales opportunities and support in making commercial decisions.
- Use effective planning and organizational skills to successfully implement the retail plan.
- Store Operations
- Ensure the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and crew productivity.
- Communicate and liaise with Head Office to influence and maximize the stock package where appropriate.
