  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure compliance with new build regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide expert advice on defect resolution and supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of new build regulations, defects, and sub-contract awareness.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
