Civil Site Engineer Job Description

Gibson Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering projects and a strong understanding of health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver setting out works on ongoing contracts, ensuring they operate within cost, productivity, quality, and health, safety, and environment targets.
  • Ensure contracts are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to programme.
  • Maintain a good relationship with clients to avoid disputes.
  • Have a high level of commercial awareness related to the works.
  • Assure that all work is carried out to company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects.
  • HND/Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Appropriate knowledge of health and safety policies.
  • Understanding of modern setting out equipment.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Practice of prioritizing time-critical work.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills.
