About the Role:

Service Care Solutions is seeking a skilled Young Persons Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people up to the age of 25, delivering workshops in schools and universities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Caseload Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of young people, providing support and guidance as needed.
  2. Supporting From Point Of Entry: The Young Persons Practitioner will work with young people from the point of entry, providing screening, assessment, and recovery plans.
  3. Providing Screening, Assessment & Recovery Plans: The candidate will be responsible for providing screening, assessment, and recovery plans for young people, working closely with clinical staff and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Enhanced Child And Adults DBS: The successful candidate will need to have an enhanced Child and Adults DBS, registered with the update service.
  2. Valid Right to Work: The candidate will need to have a valid right to work in the UK.
  3. Most Recent Employment References: The successful candidate will need to provide most recent employment references.
