Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the housekeeping department to maintain exceptional quality standards.
  • Liaise with reception to ensure seamless room allocations and out-of-order room management.
  • Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping and laundry staff.
  • Ensure efficient laundry operations and adequate linen control.
  • Establish and maintain department organization, manning, and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a hotel environment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
