Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities and Maintenance Technician to join our team at DP World. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing general repairs and maintenance services to our facilities and office locations across the Midlands.

This role will focus on the provision of both reactive and preventative maintenance services to ensure our locations and office spaces are safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will be required to drive to easily access our sites, and a current driving license is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general maintenance and basic repairs to our sites and office locations
  • Perform basic installations of products and equipment
  • Conduct racking inspections to SEMA standards
  • Escort and induct external contractors to site
  • Carry out other maintenance and repair tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong general repairs background, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating
  • Experience performing facility and equipment-related maintenance in a large facility
  • Essential driving license
