Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Lancaster. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving team engagement, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate your team to increase sales and achieve set goals
  • Drive a positive environment within the store, ensuring regular involvement in business initiatives and sharing best practices
  • Proactively lead your team to achieve set targets through effective coaching and training
  • Motivate and inspire all valued team members
  • Manage the store rota to ensure the right people are working at the right times
  • Walk the floor regularly to ensure store standards are consistently high
Requirements
  • Previous retail or commercial sales experience with a strong track record of store and team management
  • Commercially focused and results-driven, with an aptitude for decision making
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience working to performance targets
  • Strong ability to lead and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Customer-focused, with a commitment to putting customers at the heart of everything you do
